Peng Peng is an artist who, since 2003, has been creating collectible artist teddy bears, and in 2005 introduced her trademark vintage-looking "Antiqued Sock Monkeys". More recently, her interests have led to include miniature sculpture and illustration. She earned a Bachelors of Fine Arts in 1991 (Painting Major) from Moore College of Art & Design in Philadelphia, and in 2001 a certificate program in Web Site Design, from Columbia College Chicago.

Peng Peng & her husband live in Chicago, in a little white house near the woods. She is inspired by the natural world, the animal kingdom, art, and little things like buttons and pebbles.

In case you're wondering, Peng Peng in Chinese means "grass that grows tall and green".
